About the Work

Jana Care™ (Watertown, MA) is transforming remote diagnostics with Vervia™, a flagship platform that brings clinical-grade testing closer to patients. Already partnering with Boyd Biomedical for device design and development, the Jana Care™ team turned to Launch by Boyd to build a brand as powerful as the technology behind it.

The challenge? Close the Belief Gap—the disconnect between the quality of a medical innovation and how that innovation is perceived across stakeholders and touchpoints. For Vervia™, that meant building a strategic brand foundation from the ground up: positioning, identity, messaging, and the tools to deploy them.

Creative & Design

We translated Vervia™'s clinical precision into a visual language that builds trust across every audience—from investors to clinicians to patients. The brand system includes a proprietary color palette, custom iconography and illustration, product renderings, and a pixel-grid motif that reflects the platform's diagnostic data architecture.
