Erbi Biosystems is a cell therapy and bioprocessing process development company. The Company's product, the Breez™, is a fully automated micro dose scale bioreactor based on technology developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The company has systems installed across the US, Europe, and China. In 2022, Erbi was acquired by the Life Science business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, which operates as MilliporeSigma in the U.S. and Canada, has more than 26,000 employees and more than 55 manufacturing and testing sites worldwide, with a portfolio of more than 300,000 products.
