Lee, Massachusetts - Boyd Technologies announced today the appointment of Jason Purcell to its Board of Directors, effective April 28, 2016. The Board, which consists of five independent directors and two managing executives, is tasked with increasing shareholder value consistent with the Company’s strategic growth plan.

Mr. Purcell brings with him a tremendous expertise in software as a service (Saas) technologies, ecommerce, site search, and customer experience management which is accompanied by an acute business acumen and experience with equity funding and the management of growth businesses” said, Bronly Boyd the Chairman of the Board.
